Terms and license

These terms cover any purchase of Unstuck Job Search Tracker, in either version, and the optional setup call. Checkout and payment are handled by our payment provider, which also issues your receipt.
Your license
When you buy Unstuck you get a personal license to copy the sheet into your own Google account and use it for your own job search for as long as you like. You can change anything inside your copy. You can't resell it, share it publicly, give copies to other people or include it in a product or course of your own. If someone you know wants it, send them to unstuckjobsearch.com.
Refunds
If Unstuck isn't right for you, email us within 14 days of your purchase with a short note on what didn't work. Refund requests are reviewed case by case.
Tracker + AI and your AI plan
Tracker + AI only works with your own paid AI plan that can edit a Google Sheet, search the web and run scheduled tasks. It was built and tested with Claude; other assistants have not been tested yet. Changes made by an AI provider to its features or pricing are outside our control, and we will update the instructions when we can. Unstuck is not affiliated with Anthropic or Google.
The setup call
The setup call, Automate it with me, is a $129, 45-minute video call booked after purchase. You share your screen and sign in to every account yourself; we never ask for passwords or account access. A call is booked only once you confirm your AI plan can run scheduled tasks. If we have to cancel, we will offer a new time.
No promises about outcomes
Unstuck helps you organize and keep up your search. It does not promise interviews, offers or a shorter search. The chance of an offer it shows is an estimate based on published hiring data, and much of that data comes from tech companies.
